My complaint:
For the last 6 months zoom charging me for 50 Shekels every month and in my account its written that my account is free. I am not used zoom at this period at all.
Suggested solution:
I want to cancel my account at zoom and that zoom will stop charging me and also i want to get a refund for the charges of the last 6 months.
