My complaint:
I have bought a zoom subscription for 1 month for some educational activity. After 1 month zoom has auto debited from my credit card the same amount without prior notice. I no longer need zoom account for my educational purpose. Please refund the money back. The zoom user ids were icicps2020@hmritm.ac.in ,icicps.2020@hmritm.ac.in
