My complaint:

I need to use zoom for a virtual meeting conference with a consultation company. The company sent the software link to me via email. After installation , I followed instruction to register my zoom account. Zoom replied that a link was sent via email to activate it. However, I did not receive any email. I have gone over the whole process to reset up another account and password resetting and each time zoom replied that a link was sent to my email, I still did not receive any email at all

Suggested solution:

Please monitor my registration email mediacorp_1@yahoo.com.sg and kindly assist to fix up the failure of link to my email to activate zoom.
