My complaint:

I signed up for a pro package and was told to put in CONNECT25 for the discount. I could not find where to put it and paid the 149 price. I have been on the chat with Zoom for over an hour and have called and keep getting a huge run around.

Suggested solution:

Discount the price I have paid by the 25% that they advertised.
