My complaint:
I Sharifia Hunter had order two pair of glasses with Zeelool on 8242020. I went to the eye doctor to get my new eye prescription but the doctor gave me the wrong prescription with my new pair of glasses I had them only for a week to see if my eyes was going to adjust to the new prescription but didn’t so I return the glasses back and got the right prescription I’ve been trying to contact Zeelool for the glasses I order from them in that one week. I wanted to return the glasses so I can order two more pair of glasses but I want my full refund of $195 so I can order new ones. This is my third complaint to Zeelool. They email me only one time. Haven’t heard back from Zeelool from the last two complaints I email them.
Suggested solution:
I think they should give me a full refund of my $ 195.00 to solve the case they haven't try to reach out to me only one time and I email them three times. I sent them my order number they ask for and haven't heard anything else from them sent the email on 8222020.
