This is not fair. I paid for two pair of glasses and I still don’t have them. I don’t have money to waste unemployed and I really need glasses.
I want them to either send my glasses or send me the money back. Please take care of this today.
This has been going on for months and months and months.
This is so terrible! I need my glasses or my money!
