My complaint:
My glasses are so wide they fall off of my face. The lenses are too thick. Thicker than any of my other glasses with the same prescription. I ordered 2 pair of glasses. They both have really thick lenses( progressive). One pair is so heavy when I bend down they fall off of my face. I am willing to keep one pair. I provided all of the necessary information in the email.
Their standard reply said I would be contacted within 48 hours. No reply. It has been 3 days. If this is not resolved I would definitely not recommend Zelool.
Suggested solution:
They need to take back one pair of my glasses and replace with another pair with thinner lenses. I paid more for the thinner lenses in my original order.
