My complaint:
I have bought 2 leather jackets and 2 shoes and many perfumes from Zara Suzhou China 3 years back. Amounting more than 2000 RMB.
I am very sorry to say that Zara products are the most third class and worst products I have experienced in my life.
The leather shoes I just weared 4 or 5 times in 3 years, the leather jacket I weared 4 or 5 times only in 3 years. The leather from both has started tearing off. That shows the worst quality.
I am really depressed spending such a huge amount in Zara products and had such a bad quality experience.
The shoes was almost 300 to 400 RMB or more I don’t remember but more than 300 RMB and the jacket was 300 RMB
The shoes is also broken from sole, it’s the worst quality I have ever experienced in my life.
I request ZARA to refund me 700 RMB to compensate the loss. Although loss is more than 700 RMB
I have to upload many pics to show the worst quality but this app only allow uploading only one pic
