My complaint:
I ordered swim suits for my daughter. She only tried on 1 out of 3. They didn’t fit and I sent them back. A few weeks later I received them back in the mail. Zara rejected them as not in new condition. The tags are still attached and in perfect condition. Apparently they forgot to put on the sanitary liners before it left the warehouse and note they are claiming that I removed the liners!!
Suggested solution:
Refund my money!
