My complaint:

I returned a few dresses back to Zara and they emailed me saying they are returning one of the dresses as it’s not been returned in an unworn condition. I found this off as I only tried the dresses on once. I just received the dress back and it’s in a perfect condition! No marks. No rips and all labels are still attached, how are they getting away with this?

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and stop scamming innocent people
