My complaint:

Hi Team,

This is regarding Order ID: 53105275852

I wish to raise a complaint escalation for this issue because:

1. I had raised a return request for 6 items from this order on 9 December 2022. The return request was approved by Zara’s own team (attached screenshot for evidence).

2. Pickup for the above items was arranged on the next day, 10 December 2022 via Ecom Express. Out of the 6 items, I kept 1 and returned 5 items to the pickup boy.

The details of the items I returned are as follows:

1. Sequinned Velvet Dress Black – Ref | 9386874

2. Darted Short Dress Red – Ref | 8980313

3. Short Jumpsuit with Sequins – Ref | 9385975

4. Draped Dress Black – Ref | 8538332

5. Polo Collar Bodysuit Mink – Ref | 4424641

3. The items were picked up at 9:23 am from my house on 10 December 2022 via Ecom Express. The AWB number for the shipment was sent to me on msg stating that items have been picked up successfully. The AWB number was 5670016016.

4. I tracked the shipment via the tracking link which was shared with me. The items were delivered to the zara warehouse at Bilaspur HR on 14 December. Attached screenshot of tracking details.

5. Now it has been almost 20 days, and I have not received my refund. I have raised multiple escalations and have tried contacting customer care on every possible platform.

However, my refund is not being processed. And I don’t understand why. As an old customer of Zara, it is my right to know what happened to the items and WHY my refund is being denied.

This case needs to be escalated and looked at properly. I have attached all evidence to prove that my requests for return was approved by Zara and items have been delivered back to zara warehouse.

It is not fair for a brand like Zara to treat their customer so poorly. I NEED ANSWERS and a thorough investigation needs to be carried out for what happened to the 5 items after they were returned.

I am a lawyer by profession and as a next step, I will be filing a case against zara in the consumer court and will go to any lengths till justice is served.

BRANDS LIKE ZARA MUST REALISE THAT THEY CANNOT TAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED. THEY EXIST BECAUSE OF US AND WE WILL NOT BE CHEATED.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ON PRIORITY.
