My complaint:
my original order had 4 items. i received 2 correct items, one of which i kept, the other returned and refunded for
i then received 2 incorrect items which i was advised ( eventually ) to return. I was advised i would be refunded the 2 original items which have not arrived. This has not happened and i have been in touch no less than 10 times, via chat and whatapp and email.
they made the incorrect delivery, but i am the one inconvenienced and still chasing my refund. they have been extremely unhelpful.
i have at least 10 photos of the correctincorrect items
please help
