My complaint:
I ordered a parcel from Zara last week Friday and it was supposed to be delivered by Wednesday Thursday.
But on Wednesday they shifted the date to FridayMonday. And as I’m writing this today they’ve shifted the date even further to Tuesday Wednesday next week.
Suggested solution:
Deliver my stuff on time like they had initially promised, it's been way longer than the prescribed 3-5 working days for them to deliver.
