My complaint:

I was told I would be refunded for my order which was received at the warehouse. After waiting days I contacted CS they told me to keep waiting. I contacted again and was made to wait again. Now they’re saying they can’t refund me as they did not receive my item even though I sent proof of purchase and they said they cannot show me proof that it had not been recieved by

Suggested solution:

By refunding me the money they owe me
