My complaint:
Hi I am a long standing Zalando customer and always pay with PayPal. This option has been removed from my payment options. I have called Zalando customer services 3 times and still nothing has been done. I asked they inform me as to why the PayPal option has been removed but nobody has got back to me.
Suggested solution:
Make sure that the PayPal payment option is restored to payment options.
