My complaint:
Exact same thing I read on another complaint on here, I ordered a blanket on October 29th,2022 , in the amount of $29.99 .. it was deducted within minutes from my account. They immediately emailed me a receipt. So I thought nothing more about it.. then I wasn’t getting a email with tracking info after about 5 days, so I emailed them, the reply was, we are so sorry our tracking info system was down. Then a few days go by they finally sent an email with tracking number… well December goes by, and at the end of December I was following the tracking,it was delivered too a address in Alaska, I live in Portland, Oregon… and like the other review, I’ve got 30 emails back and forth saying they will be sending another one 7-10 days, ive asked for a refund etc… several times nothing
