My complaint:
I placed an order for a Christmas in October 2022 and still have not received it. I have been told it was delivered but when I checked with our postal office here they say it never came into this area at all but could tell me that a parcel with the tracking number I was given was delivered to someone on the other side of town but what was in that parcel was not what I ordered. After being assured it would be resent and to wait a bit longer nothing has come. I have sent my address and area code several times but to no avail. I have received two items I ordered from other companies without any problems in the mean time so its not hard to do a job right. They seem to be blaming the logistic company but that’s ridiculous as other orders can get delivered just not this one so it has to be a problem at the source which is this company. I have requested a refund which was totally ignored!! I am just being told to wait! How long should you have to wait it’s nine months since I placed this order. It is terrible service.
Suggested solution:
Just send me what I ordered and if they can't do that which they obviously can't judging by what they have being telling me then refund my money.
