My complaint:

I placed an on November 5 2022. IT WAS DELIVERED TO PUERTO RICO on December 7 2022 per my post office! They keep saying to check if my address is correct. Well I have 57 sent messages WITH MY CORRECT ADDRESS!! Also they keep sending messages that it shipped! So they sent a tracking number. Its the same tracking number to the first sent package so when I use that number to track the order its the same number so it says it was delivered to PUERTO RICO!! Never ever has there been any kind of customer service number so we can speak to a person. my tracking number is LR005350391CN which is a bullshit number!! My receipt number is 1312-5505. I have sent the photo of my of my receipt to them. I even asked for a refund and they will not give info how to get a refund they say it has shipped and again to avoid me . I want a resolution now this is January 26 2023 this is ridiculous. THEY SURE JUMPED ON THE PAYMENT THOUGH!!

Suggested solution:

I WANT MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! Three months I have been fighting with a them and I'm pissed! This needs to be resolved now.
