My complaint:
Ordered a christmas tree in November 2022 and have never recieved the item. Back and forwards with emails with them telling me will resend package. I have had enough and requested refund. They tell me on number of occasions it was euther delivered or another resent. Last email again telling me pacjage was delivered so cannot guve me a refund and only opion is to resend again. Now July 2023 and order placed in November 2022
