My complaint:
Placed order October of 2022. It is now almost August of 2023, still not received Christmas Tree I ordered. The company did attempt delivery, but went to Four wrong addresses, Washington state, Hawaii, Alaska and most recently Texas. How can delivery go to so many wrong addresses?! They refuse to issue a refund.
