SUMMARY
There has been one excuse after another and one stall after another. I placed my order and paid for the Le Couselet cookware November 2nd I have not received it yet. I have NEVER lived in Honolulu Hawaii yet you shipped it there. I live in Ash Flat Arkansas which was CLEARLY written on my order form. Arkansas and HAWAII aren’t even spelled alike.
I’ve done research on your company and it shows you are a multi million dollar company. No wonder. You advertise falsely a product with a too good to be true price which is hard to pass up. Orders are placed and paid for with a credit card but then the product is NEVER received. Your company then makes excuse after excuse to appease the customer hoping they go away. You’ve got your money no one has the ordered product. I DON’T TRUST them. I BELIEVE they will ship me some crappy knock off cookware just to make me go away.
I have stated all of this in my complaint I made with the FRAUD DEPARTMENT of the Better Business Bureau.
I am waiting for the Le Couselet 20 piece Cookware That I ordered and paid for!!!
I have NUMEROUS emails back forth with this company but now my emails won’t go through. Says undeliverable.
This is only 1 of a bazillion emails with this company. I just saw they advertise on Wayfair. Disgusting.
