My complaint:
I ordered 2 Advent boxes in November 2022, I have been in regular email contact to be told they are on there way, but they never arrive. It appears my emails have now been blocked by the company and i still haven’t received my product. I also cant seem to get a refund . It appears no body wamts to help resolve this issue for me
