My complaint:
I ordered from this company in October 2022. Paid for it and never received it. I emailed them in July 2023 in regards to my order, they apologized and said that they just sent it. Still have not received anything. Now when I email them, it is undeliverable.
Suggested solution:
Send me my order, or a full refund, and stop scamming people.
