Look for the operator behind the site: the terms should name a company and a country, and that name can be checked in the national company registry. Check the financial regulator in that country and in your own for an authorization and for any warning notice, and treat a fixed daily or weekly return as the claim regulators warn about most often, because no genuine investment guarantees one. Look at how long the domain has existed, whether any staff are named and verifiable, and what is said about withdrawals in places the platform does not control. Put in the smallest amount allowed and take it out again before committing more, and keep your own record of every transfer.
