My complaint:
I had an appointment with Xfinity for 1:00 today at their request to examine hardware in my house. The appointment was from 1:00 until 3:00. At 3:00 i contacted Comcast to ask where they were. They said that had changed and they weren’t coming after all. i asked why they didn’t let me know. They said ‘sorry’. It have been so easy to correct this and save us all headaches. Just poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
i would like $100 for my wasted afternoon. I would also like an apology from whatever department allowed this to happen..unfortunately there is no option to save chat exchanges with Comcast so that i could show the goose chase my chat person took me on
