Xfinity complaint: overcharge each month for the last 5 months by 40.00 EACH MONTH WHICH I FILED A COMPLAINT

My complaint:

In May I accepted a new plan which had HBOMAX and a 14.00 router with high speeds also I told them to remove one line since I live alone and did not need 3 boxes. I called and they did nothing but charge me 250.00 instead 213.00. I already submitted a complaint and they did nothing. They were overcharging me from MAY TO AUGUST. I THEN DECIDED TO CANCEL AND BOUGHT ALL THE EQUIPMENT TO AN INFINTY STORE. THE SALES MAN SAID ALL EQUIPMENT WAS RETURNED AND GAVE ME A RECEIPT. COMCAST DID NOT REFUND 40 EACH MONTH SO I CANCELLED THE SERVICE IN AUGUST. SINCE THEY OWED ME 40 4 MONTHS INSTEAD, THEY SENT ME 4 BILLS AND ONE TO THE CONTRACT BUT I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND AFTER 4 MONTHS I CANCELLED. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY SINCE THEY NEVER FULFILLED THE CONTRACT.

Suggested solution:

THEY SHOULD REMOVE ALL THE CHARGES THAT WERE INCORRECT NOTED BY MY EARLIER COMPLAINT. THEN REMOVE ANY CHARGES SINCE THE CONTRACT THEY MADE UP WAS NOT THE CORRECT CONTRACT. DESPITE THE NUMEROUS CALLS I AM HAPPY WITH NO PAYMENTS TO THEM AND I WILL FORGET THE 200 OVERCHARGING ME. THANK YOU FOR HELPING PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO CAN'T STOP THESE CABLES FOR OVERCHARGING
