My complaint:
when booking a short break for my son to Lisbon Portugal, wowcher offered a 3 day break inc flights and accommodation. Unfortunately the wowcher of £129 was FOR ONE PERSON ONLY (this was not advised until page 2 of the terms and conditions), if there was 2 people going 2 Wowcher deals had to be purchased. The second wowcher purchased cost £179 (£318 total). When trying to sort out the mess with the travel agent, i was informed the flights were departing at 11pm on the 5th March and returning on the 7th march at 9am. therefore for a total of £318, one day is spent in Lisbon.
Suggested solution:
I have been in contact with the Travel Agent who informs me the travel voucher has not been redeemed. Wowcher are refusing to return my money blaming the travel agent for the misleading information and will not refund the money.
