My complaint:
I ordered 2 different mystery boxes from the wowcher app. One cost £10 and the other cost £20. They both had different items listed for the different prices. I bought one of each only because the items listed on the wowcher app were different. After receiving the items, they’re both exactly the same item and were packed together. If I had been made aware that there was even a possibility of recieveing the same item from 2 different priced boxes I wouldn’t have bought the more expensive one. After contacting the company and being spoken to with total and utter disrespect, spoken down to as well as being made so upset by the person I’d ordered from that I’ve been crying for the last half an hour. I honestly don’t know how anyone can work with people who treat disabled people like myself, like scum and dirt. All I asked is if I could return one of the identical items to swap for a different one because they’re both the same and shouldn’t be. They’ve even sent me a screen shot that proves they made a mistake and they are still refusing to work with me to resolve the issue. I’ve made them aware that I’m autistic and that they’ve upset me with the way they’ve dealt with me but they don’t care, honestly rude and upsetting. I hadn’t asked for a refund or anything. I just asked them to explain how they’d managed to send me the same item for 2 different deals. They sent me a screen shot of god knows what or from where but it clearly states multiples may be recieved when the same deal is purchased but I didn’t buy the same deal I bought 2 different priced deals.
Suggested solution:
I'd like to be refunded for the £20 box please.
