Wowcher complaint: Goods not reiceved

My complaint:

I ordered a dog bed and paid as requested, went through the whole procedure ad waited and waited but still no dog bed. I tried to contact you but was unsuccessful.

Suggested solution:

Please either refund my money or send the goods.
