My complaint:

I orderd 2 items costing 250 pound. 2 days later I tried to cancel my order and get a refund. I rang customer services but no answer just a voice mail saying no staff due to covid. I then sent a email with my order reference asking for a fecund. I dine this well with in the 15 day refund policy but I never got a reply. This was months ago so I searched and searched the Internet on how to get intouch and I had to go through a site called resolver it worked I sent a email and my response was no refund as its expired the 15 day policy. I’ve been emailing every day explaining how I tried to cancel 2 days after placing the order but they just don’t care. I’m disgusted with how I’ve been treat and I would advise everyone to never use wowcher. How can they keep my 250 pound and I dint have any goods.

Suggested solution:

They should do the right thing and give me my refund as through no fault of my own I was unable to cancel.
