My complaint:

This is a scam. We paid for a week in advance. The very next day we were forced to leave. They would not close my account and kept my credit card open on file. They refused to refund the days we did not stay there. They do this all the time. When we were leaving there were 2 other guests also forced to leave. There was no basis for them to force us out. I want my money back for the week I paid in advance.

Suggested solution:

Refund the days I did not stay there.
