My complaint:

I was trying to get a roll of tissue from the front desk I called several times to get ahold of front desk after hours I will deny my request for tissue after stating to the front desk that I had a urgent problem and I could not wait to 9 regular hours for a roll of tissue I was given a hard time I called so many times I asked to speak to the front desk she did not mean to not want to do her work at the end a simple request being the guest of the hotel I thought I was entitled to tissue if needed I explained to her the situation that was such an urgent which I am a female Ministry cycle on she still denied my request after several times I had to beg and plead with her on my situation just to get a roll of tissue I felt uncomfortable I feel like I was being neglected I feel like I was being discriminated in so many ways after opening up to her on the situation at the understanding the policy as I told her which I respect but I had a urgent situation in the middle of the night which included me into getting tissue I even explain to her that I had no way of transportation to a store to get tissue being a guest at woodsprings Suites at least in the middle of the night I thought I was entitled to a roll of tissue.

Suggested solution:

Next time serve guess if they are asking for tissue for a urgent reason it\'s an essential.
