My complaint:
My husband and I were staying at woodsprings in Gastonia NC we made it to our 90 days and the next day we were kicked out for no reason and the staff there refused to give me our money that was supposed to go towards our room they gave me false information for me to call Corporate office for months because they knew that they would be in a lot of trouble for what they done and how they treated my husband and I due the fact they were very racist and talked trash to other people who were staying there due my husband and I clothes they way we looked and everything
Suggested solution:
My money needs to be given back to my husband and I and woodsprings should give me and my husband a former apologies
