My complaint:
3 weeks ago I been trying to make reservation for a weekly rate for my Religious organization called The House Of Wrights. After speaking with the GM a few times and explaining my organization is 100% tax exempt as a 508C1A please look up IRC code to affirm my position as a minister. The first amendment protects us under that code.
After 2 weeks spoke with GM sent my religious and Tribal information and to this day no response back. So taking it upon myself to callback and be told by front desk clerk no we do not except Tax Exemption.
This is in violation of my religious rights and there is a minimum of 20,000 for the violation if not resolved expeditiously.
I’m also interested n a weekly rate of 500.00 a week which was told to me a few weeks ago as well. If I can get it lowered for my discomfort and future travels it’ll be highly appreciated.
