My complaint:
Well employees are constantly accusing me and my neighbor, who is a friend of mine, for ridiculous reasons. They show up all hours of the night beating on our doors with their friends accusing of things are beyond ridiculous and untrue!!! They have a posse of females who do drugs with their children in the room and have a different men spending the night. These employees and their friends that stay here hang out in the front of the building and leave kids inside by themselves. These females do nothing but hang out and cause problems for us. We are in our 50s and never leave our rooms to go to the store or take our dogs outside. There is an African American that is very violent and threatening. We are in fear of our safety. They never come at us with no lesswith less than 5 people. They are very big girls and younger and some are only guest from the Salvation Army. I know we have done nothing wrong, but they apparently have a problem with us. I don’t appreciate this threatening behavior and I know one their names Sasha and guest name is Candace on the fourth floor.
The office is always close after 5 pm.
As paying customers, we pay our own way, I think this should be handled immediately. I don’t want to be hurt. This happens all the time. There are two that won’t stop this behavior. I don’t know what else I can do. When we do come back from the store, there are things that are missing from our rooms.
Suggested solution:
Reprimand the bullies, they need to be retrained. We loved it when Norman was here. Everything was clean and I thought this was a nice place I absolutely loved it here! It is turning into the ghetto and I'm afraid for my safety. A new staff is needed asap. I imagine we can't be the only ones they are picking on.
