My complaint:
We checed in on 318 and said we wanted to stay till the 24th, they gave a receipt until 326. On the 23rd they banged our door and yelled demmanding more money or to leave immediatelly. They locked my wife out of the room with our things inside. I called and said it was a mistake, even headqauters agreeded with me. Instead they called the police on us and had us kicked out like criminals. They cannot do this to people!
Suggested solution:
I want an apology and a full refund for our stay.
