My complaint:
Okay so I just want to start by saying that I do appreciate the manager Diamond she is honestly the only one there that knows how to talk to people with respect!!!! Some of the biggest issues I encountered while my long drawn out 6 month or longer stay was the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff that worked there mainly 2 employees which I won’t name in here!!!!! For starters you should great people with a smile I was always taught to keep your personal affairs at home dont bring them to work meaning don’t take your anger out on me!!!!! I constantly had those 2 employees I mentioned blatantly rolling their eyes at me and just have the worst attitudes they never said thank you or your welcome most of the time they just looked at me sideways and said nothing after I would say thank you over and over!!!! But that is not the worst of it the worst party of my stay was the one female who works at night who was clearly into my husband I’m assuming because she was in my personal business and affairs let me explain further!!!! I buy a lot of stuff through Amazon and just online in general and sometimes my husband gets mad or whatever and I’m assuming he told her about it and I’m sure he claimed he pays for everything because he works (which is not true nor anyone’s business) but that’s neither here nor there my point is one day I noticed she would literally jump as soon as we walked into the door to yell “Lindsay you have a package”!!!! The funny part was is she would be loud and obnoxious and yell it to me with another customer right in front of here extremely unprofessional in my opinion!!!!! It was literally like she was keeping tabs of everything to report to my husband I swear!!!! I could not make this bs up if you paid me!!!! It got so bad that she knocked on my door one night at around 8 pm when she knows my daughter is probably sleeping and claims she has a package for me? So my husband knowing I’m upset about the situation still goes with her to get this package and he comes back and it was 1 little thing from Amazon why didn’t she carry it up with her it weighted not even a pound and she has brought packages to my door before!!!! I honestly began to think something was going on with her and my husband I’m not going to lie it was just weird especially that night!!!! She saw me walking one night I literally passed her 2 or 3 times and she never once told me my package was there (I knew it had been delivered though) so the next day she decided to yell again that I have a package my problem with that is she could have told me the night before but yet she waited til my husband was present go figure!!!! I honestly have no idea why this employee would try to start fights with a married couple staying there so many words I can think of main one being unprofessional and wrong period!!!! She is so urgent ti have my husband see I got a package she has given me other people packages numerous times I will post a pic below of the one I opened by mistake I didn’t realize it was someone else’s til I seen the contents and it was Covid tests which we never ordered and I looked at the name and it obviously was not mine!!!! I finally cussed her out one night because she goes “Lindsay Amazon finally came and it was not for you for the 1st time” so I made sure to tell her it’s none of her business I was just so posed at that time and if course she said it in front my husband because y wouldn’t she???? I don’t know what her intentions of all this shenanigans were but they were obviously and clearly bad ones!!!! She appologized to me that night then the next day give my husband my packages again lol!!!! I would never stay there again if she was still working there not even if u paid me too it was the biggest relief to get out of there!!!! I wanted to go to the manager with my complaints but I didn’t want to have even more eyes rolling at me the rest of our stay!!!! Ladies if you stay at the whitemarsh location and your husband is handsome just be prepared and keep ur eye out that all I have left to say!!!!!
