My complaint:
I ordered an item that was sent with a tracking number from UPS. Tracking ed the item was delivered April 28. I had still not received my item by May 4. I contacted Wish. They responded by saying the items shows delivered, sorry.
I contacted UPS and they ed the item was delivered HOWEVER, when they asked me to the address that it was to be delivered to, UPS was able to ed it was not sent to my name, address OR zip code. UPS informed me that I had to contact the vendor and they would be able to verify this, file a claim with UPS and it would be handled. Wish refuses to help. I have reached out them now 4 times and they will not acknowledge that the vendor sent it to a completely incorrect address, just Unfortunately tracking indicates the item was delivered. Um yea, it was delivered, probably to one of their employees who saw a great opportunity to take advantage of their stellar customer service support.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of the money and any outstanding orders cancelled. I have no faith that I will receive any of the orders I have made especially since most of them do not come with accurate and reputable tracking and Wish will not help.
