My complaint:
purchased two seresto flea collars for large dogs on the wish website in two transactions. when the first collar arrived it was obvious that it was a counterfeit – and a pretty bad one at that. attempted to lodge a complaint with the company and filled out their form. at the bottom they asked for at least one photo to be attached. i took two photos of the product received and was going to also attach a photo of what the authentic collar should look like, but the photos would NOT attach, and i am quite capable of attaching photos.
Suggested solution:
they should refund the price of the collar and probably of the second collar as well, if and when it arrives.
