My complaint:
I’m angry as hell that it’s taking so long to get my order…especially 2 of the items.one is just a cell phone,the other just a hat.I work in shippingreceiving for Home Depot.IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO GET SOMETHING THAT ONLY WEIGHS A FEW OUNCES.
THEY OVERCHARGE for shipping,and STILL take away too long.
we ship things back and forth to China and other countries that only takes a week to 10 days.
Suggested solution:
They've changed their website so you can't actually write a complaint in your own dialogue, it forces you to choose from a few responses.
Their customer service is horrible, charging shipping personal item instead of the actual single package is a rip-off,and they never ship anything in a timely manner that they state it will take to be received.
They should offer me a percentage refund, or free shipping if ordering my next item.
I worked in shipping and receiving for amazon.com I know how long it takes to ship all over the world.
