My complaint:
I’ve ordered multiple electronics from wish. I have yet to receive any. I’ve had one package that said it was out for delivery and I missed the delivery. I went to the post office to retrieve the package the post office told me they are trying to deliver it again. I go to the post office again and they refuse to find the package they tell me to take it up with the shipper. Package number two that was supposed to be delivered May 8 2020 says the package was delivered I was home all day in the living room window waiting for it to be delivered the package said it was delivered at 12 22 p.m. the postal employee did not make it to my house until 2 p.m. After speaking with the postal clerk at 2:32 inform them that I never received the package they informed me that the package was delivered to an address non associated with the bill of lading.I proceeded to go to the address in question and the address was non-existent.I’m expecting another package from wish coming today which is May 9th 2020 and I’m not confident in receiving that as well. I’ve had another package that was ordered April 1st 2020 and I still haven’t received a tracking number for it yet.
Suggested solution:
I think we should resolve this problem by returning all refunds on all packages that were ordered. We as customers make a purchase in good faith that the seller will see to it that our package arrive to the correct location. I've believed to have lost about $150 dealing with this company as soon as I can get ation that the last package arrives or not I will make sure to cancel their service.
