My complaint:

I was refunded $345.97 from products either not recieved or damaged. I asked for my refund to go onto my wish cash account cuz the pre-paid visa I used was closed and cancelled and I don’t have another card or do business with them anymore and will not in the future. Wish has done nothing but keep putting my refund on that card and keep saying sorry I’m not satisfied with my results. My card is closed so all money put on it should go back to wish and then they can put it onto my wish account. Simple!!!!

Suggested solution:

Put the entire refund onto my wish caah account like they say I'm able to do if not wanting it back on original payment.
