Wish complaint: Wish Selling Counterfeit Phones

My complaint:

The wish assistant does not allow me to contact support because it is past the return window.

But my lawyer informs me that I have 2 years to file for counterfeit merchandise charges against a retailer.

He also informs me that the retailer has 30 days to issue a 100℅ refund (Purchase Price AND Shipping) after they notified of the counterfeit merchandise they have sold.

If the retailer fails to refund, criminal charges will be filed against the retailer for selling counterfeit merchandise.

I included screenshots in my previous email, and the order number. This is ALL of the information needed.

My experience with these phones has been a nightmare. First, I tell them I haven’t received the phones, but they tell me they have already been delivered. I tell them again they haven’t…they insist that they have.

I received the phones a WEEK later!!!

Then, because of Covid and work schedules, we did not have the time or opportunity to activate the phones until this week, only to find out that WISH has sold us COUNTERFEIT phones instead of the phones I ordered. AND knowing I live in the U.S., phones that are not compatible with ANY U.S. CARRIER!!!

All attempts I have made to allow Wish to resolve the issue and avoid litigation have been replied to with the EXACT same email.

They have no intention of correcting their criminal behavior.

Suggested solution:

Complete refund of the order and shipping charges, as will as an apology for putting me through this nightmare while showing a lack of remorse for all of the time and trouble they have caused me!!!
