My complaint:
I have asked wish for item to be delivered or refund they keep replying saying it has been but it hasn’t. Really upset as it’s a oxygen generator which is needed as I am terminally ill and on pension and can’t afford to pay for something I haven’t got
Suggested solution:
Need item delivered ASAP or refund so I can buy another one
