My complaint:
I ordered 2 of the YM inspirational cuff open bracelets from the store Riot Cosplay Jewelry and it said it was delivered August 8th and I know for a fact they were not. I live in a tiny town with about 20 houses and know nobody would get into our mailbox. Also bought 12 pcs women combination set gold from the store Life at Best, and last known location was CHN
Departed from EPC warehouse 2020-05-29 and says arriving by August 30th and it is November 4th. Won’t give me a refund because it’s past the 30 days. And then I ordered the 10 pieces steel nose rings from Voguepop, last known location was Departed from EPC warehouse, YANWEN_KS, Kunshan, CHN and again it said arriving by August 30th. I spent my hard earned money on these items and wouldn’t recommend buying from wish. They steal money. And my mother even paid $80 for a pool pump and received a pack of FACE MASKS. For $80! And YET they still haven’t refunded her money.
Suggested solution:
They should give me back the money that belongs to me instead of just keeping the money for an item I never received. customer support that they have on their app, is horrible. They don't help.
