My complaint:

I ordered 50 rolls of toilet paper in March , now August and not received . Item was not shipped as there was no tracking info and none provided ob request . I asked for a refund or a re ship of item . It was passed the 30 day time limit for a refund so I asked for a reship Now up to 17 messages and no resolve . Sounds like a scam !

2 weeks ago - Got my money back !!! I tried to to voice my concerns resolve through Wish to no avail . I called Mastercard to ask for a refund or credit to my account . Mastercard told me to try once more to resolve and after a further 14 days , I called MC and they will reverse the payment . My order was in March and Wish kept delaying the shipment due to Covid thus breaching their 60 day refund policy ! I asked Wish for shipping details and they could not provide them to me AS THEY NEVER SHIPPED THE ITEM !!! The key is to use a Credit Card to dispute the payment . The conclusion is that I feel Wish is a dishonest company and their refund policy is in their favor . I will not order from Wish again ! Gary from Penticton Canada
