My complaint:
I made an order containing 9 items more than a month ago. I haven’t received my order uptill now. I tried to track my order and i was told i have not made any order yet. I really want to know what is happening to my oreder. I also got an order ation mail after this order was made.
Suggested solution:
I want to be able to track my order so i can follow up on it. I want this problem resolved as soon as possible or my money refunded please
