My complaint:
so I ordered 3 my things on May 19 and the delivery date was July 18 something and then I waited for almost 2 months, so when it was June I received a message from p.o box UAE that your item is ready to pick up I was confused that I have no one that will send me a mail so I received that message a couple of times more so it was July and They changed the date to August 13 due to COVID19 I was so mad so on July I finally went to the p.o box and found out that it was the order from wish uh I didn’t know that wish would send through it and didn’t even mention so they said to give 82 DHS I was shocked why? I already gave online payment ….so i found out that it was the package tax money this is NOT GOOD!
Suggested solution:
they should return the money and cancel the order I can order it from other good companies like amazon,firstcry or jollychic ETC
or it would be a pleasure that u WISH team inform p.o box to not take the money and I will take it
