My complaint:

I made my first order from Wish. I was given a 50% off discount for my first order but when I placed the order the discount didn’t go through. I contacted Wish a few minutes later and was advised they couldn’t apply the discount because the order was placed. I then asked them to cancel my order as you can cancel same day. They did not cancel my order so I contacted them again and advised I wouldn’t be accepting the order. The items in the order came at assorted dates, all of which were past 30 days. I returned the items as returned to sender. I have had about 20 communications with Wish and all they do is rotate standard emails. They asked me to do my return in their app but the because the items are past 30 days the app won’t work. I’ve explained that. They asked me for the item descriptionstracking to which I provided the info. I have asked to speak to a Manager half a dozen times now and they just keep responding with their standard email. I’m out $174 for nothing as all items have been returned.

Suggested solution:

I am asking for a full refund as the product has all been returned and couldn't be returned within 30 days as none of the items arrived within 30 days.
