My complaint:
Ordered doll uniforms probably Jan 2020, supposed to come late March. received email asking if they came, said no, asked if I still wanted, said yes . Never Came. Reordered when it was offered again. Email came today asking if I got, said no, asked if I still wanted, said yes. Started wondering because of many other problems like getting items I did not order and being told I had ordered things I did not. Customer service put me through to a site called Ask A Lawyer. Really.
Suggested solution:
How about listening,making sure orders are correct, and not putting things on line that are not available. If you run a business you are accountable.
